Before extraction, the doctor examines the tooth and assesses the clinical situation. The scope of the procedure depends not on whether it's formally called "simple" or "complex," but on the actual situation of the specific patient.
The procedure is done under anesthesia. During the work, the doctor uses a microscope to control the surgical field.
After extraction, sutures are placed if needed. The patient then receives instructions for follow-up.
Sometimes the final complexity only becomes clear during the operation itself. If a circumstance arises that couldn't have been identified during the prior diagnostics, the scope of work and the final price may change. We state this upfront so the pricing structure stays transparent even in an unusual situation.

Before extraction, the doctor examines the tooth and reviews any existing imaging. A CT scan is done when indicated, when planning requires additional information.
